Acts Chapter 4 (Part V)

19. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.
20. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard

Ok gentlemen, you need to decide if we need to obey God or man, but we cannot help but talk about what we have seen and heard.

Many of us have seen the miraculous power of Christ in action, we have seen people healed, we have seen lives changed under the power of the Holy Ghost and yes in our own lives we have experienced so much. We should be as these men, willing to tell others of what we have seen and heard Jesus do.

21. So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.
21. For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.

What could they do? They threatened them and retreated.

You see, when the power of Jesus is at work, the enemy cannot stop it. Oh sure, he can make noise and try to make threats, but in the long run, the enemy is just a big bully and we have no reason to fear him.
