Judges 24: 14. Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord.

James 4:

16. But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Incidents that have affected millions of people, incidents that happened during the course of ones normal daily activities. Incidents that people did not plan for.
These things can allow the spirit of fear (which is not of God) to hover over the heads of people. I am writing to tell you that God loves each and everyone of you and it is not his desire that any of you should be lost, but that each and everyone of you will make up your mind to follow him.
