I cannot be saved for you and you cannot be saved for me. You must do the right thing! If a person desires to be used of God, he or she must do the right thing
Living for God is not just following a bunch of rules. Its not about just being a good person! It is about Loving God and having a close relationship with God.
We need to obey Christ, but not just with lip service, not just with church attendance, but with everything.
In the Old Testament some of the kings did the right thing, but not perfectly.
2 Chronicles 25
1. Amaziah was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem.
2. And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart.
In other words with lip service . . . he did the right thing, but not for the right reason; you see, there was something else in his heart….
