Have you taken time to pray for the pastors, ministers, chaplains and other clergy members that serve your church recently?
Look around your church and watch the Ministry team(s) – they are busy with music, sound booth, power point, CD, tapes, Sunday School, teaching, offering, meeting / greeting people, alter (prayer) teams, bus ministry, preaching and any dozens of ministries
I was in a church service recently in which the evangelist was praying with people that had physical and financial needs – meanwhile the ministry staff of that church were also praying with people, preparing the baptismal tank and baptizing people. Not one of those men and women had the opportunity to take time to seek prayer for their personal health and financial issues.
Today – please take the time to pray for the ministry team(s) at your church. That Piano Player might have lost her job and the usher may have arthritis while the sound man might be losing his house because of a pay cut. Ask God to bless them spiritually, physically and financially this week.
