He is the great conservative, the modern day Elijah, and the last of the great reformers. He will preach against everything, criticize everything and put down anything he deems "wild fire". According to Missionary Evangelist Billy Cole, this guy would have had a nervous breakdown on the Day of Pentecost. He yearns for the good ole days of Pentecost where peopled tarried for the Holy Ghost, and feels that the big Revivals are a big scam; especially if it happened in Africa. "Why them 60,000 heathens couldn't have really received the Holy Ghost". Basically, if he didn't see it happen, it didn't happen.
One Carl Caustic bragged that he ran off 80 percent of his church. Them reprobates really didn't love God or they'd stay there.
