He wants to be the center of attention, and can't understand why he wasn't asked to Preach at National Conferences. If his brother Preacher is preaching, he'll rip the sermon apart and decide how he could do it better. (this is not the same as thinking of the 5 ways you could have ended that sermon quicker) He is convinced that he is the best Preacher, and gets his nose out of joint is someone else is in the limelight. James pastored a church once and told his assistant to leave. You see, the church thought the assistant was a better Preacher.
Jerry Janitor:
He enjoys cleaning the church; howeve he never used a bucket and mop. His idea of an exciting church service is to air everyone dirt in public. He'll call people out and embarrass them in front of the whole church by naming their alleged fault, and demand penance.
" Billy, you ran a red light last week, you better get to the altar now"
"Sister Rumplstiltskin, you were gossiping yesterday, God doesn't like that".
"Brother Yahoo, you worked last Sunday, that means your job is not of God, you better repent and quit that job"
If you go to him for counseling, and it is juicy, you can pretty much guess what he'll Preach about for the next few sermons. Love and kindness are not his forte.
