Peter is preaching his heart out to the crowd and after pulling out the Prophet Joel and showing them that a prophecy is being fulfilled right before their very eyes, he lets them have it.....
22 "Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man approved of God among you by miracles, wonders, and signs, which God did through Him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know --
Jesus? Remember him? The man who worked miraces! Yes him, right before your very eyes, C'mon people, YOU SAW HIM!
23 Him, being delivered by the determinate will and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken and by wicked hands have crucified and slain.
Thats him, remember? You took him and killed him, just like the bible said you would. How aobu that folks, you got a spot in bible history!
24 But God hath raised Him up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.
But God brought him back to life. You see, the grave cannot hold Jesus down, he is God in the flesh. You killed the flesh, but NOT Jesus.

32 This Jesus hath God raised up, of which we are all witnesses.
Jesus rose from the grave, just like David, your Idol, your hero taught and prophisied and we witnessed it.
