Charles Stovall was pastoring in Fort Wayne, Indiana, when he and his wife, Charlotte, were appointed as United Pentecostal Church missionaries to West Germany on May 1986.
Brother Stovall now serves as the field director for Germany and Austria and also directs the external training program of Indiana Bible College in Germany. This major accomplishment of Indiana Bible College coming to Germany and the merging of Germany and Austria into one national church organization have been the highlights of this past year. Brother Stovall reports continued revival in all the churches and the opening of two new preaching points. The United Pentecostal Church of German and Austria now has eight churches, five licensed national ministers, and 324 constituents.
